A space for everyone to strengthen, grow and heal.
Carol initially began her yoga exploration with the Iyengar style, learning the alignment basics. She practiced off and on for a few years and found her body needed more of a balance from the years of repetition, gradually developing a dedicated yoga practice which led her to pursue her yoga teaching training. Her Vinyasa flow training truly opened her to the positive effects of yoga both on and off the mat. Yoga has helped Carol find balance within her life, connecting her to her mind, body, and soul. Focusing on the breath has taught her to remain in the present, a lesson she carries throughout her practice and her life. Carol is grateful to all her teachers and continues to grow her practice by studying with mentors and attending workshops. The ongoing process of learning is what provides the fresh insights that inspire her teaching. Carol brings a balance of fluidity and alignment along with accessible sequences that challenge and nourish the whole being. She is excited to share yoga as she believes there is a gift to be found each and every time one steps on the mat.

Mary is a lifelong fitness enthusiast that truly believes in the benefits of exercise to create a healthy mind and body. Life has a way of throwing road blocks – she experienced a skiing injury that propelled her to adapt her exercise routine. She decided to try a Vinyasa Yoga class and loved it. She developed a dedicated practice and was soon going to the studio 5-6 times per week. Mary took her 200 hour teacher training with the Sacred Seeds Yoga School and is forever grateful to Jacqui Bonwell and Katie Beane for all the wisdom they passed on. One of the many things she loves about yoga is it can be modified and adapted so it is accessible to everyone. Mary feels yoga offers a unique balance of strengthening the body and calming the mind.
Linh’s love for movement began back in 2009 when she began breakdancing to counter-act the stress from the rigors of college. She also explored the healing world of movements in breakdancing, capoeira, yoga, sufism, and a few other systems, trying to understand how movement is connected to our sense of health and well-being. She came to realize the importance of increasing our range of movements and expanding our kinesthetic awareness for holistic health and disease prevention. Linh received her 200 hour Teacher Training in August 2015. Her hope is to help others develop a more natural and intuitive sense of movement that would allow them to tap into the wisdom of their own body for self-healing.”
